Lulu - World of Lulu mp3 download

Lou Reed & Metallica. от лица компании "Warner Bros.

Together, Lou Reed and Metallica come up with an album that, well, isn't as terrible as everyone assumed it would be. In my opinion, anyway. Fav tracks: dragon, mistress dread, frustration. Least fav track: brandenberg gate.

Lulu album" is the best. I Love "Lulu album" so much.

Lulu is a collaboration album between rock singer-songwriter Lou Reed and heavy metal band Metallica. It was released on October 31, 2011 by Warner Bros. and Vertigo elsewhere. The album is the final full-length studio recording project that Reed was involved in before his death in October 2013.

Lulu is a collaborative album between rock singer-songwriter Lou Reed and heavy metal band Metallica. It was recorded in San Rafael, California, during April through June 2011, after Reed had played with Metallica at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's 25th Anniversary Concert, which led to them wanting to collaborate. The album is the final full-length studio recording project that Reed was involved in before his death in 2013. The lead single, titled "The View", was released on September 27, 2011

Back on Track is a studio album by Scottish singer Lulu, released 7 March 2004 as a digital download and 15 March 2004 on CD. The album includes the songs "All the Love in the World" and "Keep Talkin' I'm Listening", which were seriously considered as singles (promotional music videos for both were made in advance), but never made it to a single release, as well a new recording of her 2000 single "Where the Poor Boys Dance"

But even in that regard, Lulu disappoints. Audacious to the extreme, but exhaustingly tedious as a result, its few interesting ideas are stretched out beyond the point of utility and pounded into submission- the average song length clocks in at eight excruciating minutes. Unfortunately, these small surprises can't save Lulu from the much larger issue that lies directly at its core: For most of the record, Lou Reed and Metallica barely sound like they're on the same planet, let alone in the same room; the album works neither as powerful rock music nor as an impressionistic soundtrack to a spoken narrative.

The packaging on this 20-track British import may not be so hot, but it's the best compilation to date of her mid-'60s Decca material, when she was at her most soulful and raunchy.
