Monday Blues' is a sad feeling or slight depression that we feel when we join the work after a weekend or after a break. We all come across different people who feel low on Mondays and wait again for Friday to come. Why do we feel the Monday Blues? Because this is a sad feeling which indicates that we aren't doing good in our lives. We might be receiving a handsome salary or we might be making huge profits in our business, but if the 'blues' exist then that's something which isn't the inner calling. Now the question is, do these blues really existed a decade ago.
