Shorty the Pimp Q&A.

Shorty the Pimp is the seventh studio album by American rapper Too Short, released on July 14, 1992, by Jive Records. Five songs were produced by Ant Banks, four by Too Short himself and one song by D'wayne Wiggins. The album title is from the 1973 blaxploitation film of the same name, featuring a character of that name.

I Want To Be Free (That’s The Truth).

Shorty the Pimp was Too Short's seventh album. As one would expect from an entertainer with six albums behind him, Too Short had by now perfected his craft. Though his focus was still on womanizing and pimping, by 1992 the rest of the rap world had "caught up" with the Oakland rapper's explicit brand of boasting and bragging

Shorty the Pimp (Intro). I Ain't Nothin' But a Dog. Hoes. I Want to Be Free (That's the Truth). Hoochie (featuring D'wayne Wiggins). So You Want to Be a Gangster. Something to Ride To (featuring Ant Banks, Pooh-Man and Goldy).

Shorty The Pimp is one of the only Short albums that tells a comprehensive story. Each track is an instantly likable raunchy ditty and the past-80s production is what sounds undeniably best behind Short Dawg. Or consider a donation? Xodus: The New Testament.
