Antoni Wit (born February 7, 1944 in Kraków) is a Polish conductor. From 2002 to 2013 he had been music director of the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra. In May 2013 he has been nominated Artistic Director of the Spanish Pamplona-based ensemble.

Antoni Wit (born 1944, Kraków) is a Polish conductor. He is the present musical director of the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra. Wit graduated from Kraków's State Higher School of Music, studying conducting under Henryk Czyz and composition under Krzysztof Penderecki, going on to study under Nadia Boulanger in Paris. Wit has conducted the Berlin Philharmonic, Staatskapelle Dresden, the Orchestra dell'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome, the Zurich Tonhalle Orchestra and in London the BBC Symphony Orchestra, Philharmonia Orchestra and London Philharmonic Orchestra.

Born in Krakow in 1944, Antoni Wit is one of the most highly regarded Polish conductors, a champion of Polish music and since January 2002 he has been.
