로필: Sound engineer based in the UK. Hadley started mixing live sound whilst trying to avoid studying Politics at Sheffield University, including a year touring Europe with various prog-rock acts of differing levels of obscurity, before starting work professionally as both an in-house & touring sound engineer. Following stints with bands such as Pulp, Baby Bird & The Mission amongst others he began tour managing some of the less established acts he was working with.

The demo songs were mono mixed by Harrison, with copies given to each Beatle. The general public first heard them in the late 1980s as part of the Lost Lennon Tapes radio series, and 23 had entered general circulation by the early 1990s. I just realized that I've got a really good bootleg tape – demos we made at my house on an Ampex 4-track during The White Album. George Harrison Musician magazine, early 1990s. Work began on the album on 30 May at EMI Studios, Abbey Road. We are going in with clear heads and hoping for the best.

A demo (from "demonstration") is a song or group of songs recorded for limited circulation or reference use rather than for general public release. A demo is a way for a musician to approximate their ideas in a fixed format, such as cassette tape, compact disc, or digital audio files, and to thereby pass along those ideas to record labels, record producers, or to other artists.

And the album was good; messy, lo-fi, but so him. The stab of neo-funk guitars, the barely there falsettos, the lovelorn aggression - it was everything I wanted Jai Paul to be. When I found out it wasn't the album he'd intended, I stopped listening to it. He was such a powerful figure in my mind, in my diaspora, representing everything I needed - bass, funk, Indian percussion - from music, that I couldn't listen to the album unless he intended me to. Leaks are a funny thing. I remember when Wolverine leaked, unfinished.
