I have several recordings of this famous Miserere, with performances of the Tallis Scholars and Westminster Cathedral choir among others, and for me this is THE recording to have. The recording is from the early 60s, but the sound is decent, with a nice spatial ambiance which no doubt contributes to the haunting quality of Roy Goodman's fantastic soaring treble solo.

The King's College Choir is a British choir. It is considered one of today's most accomplished and renowned representatives of the great English choral tradition.
