The Great Divide is the first solo album by Scott Stapp, the former vocalist for Creed. It was released on November 22, 2005. The album came about after the original breakup of Creed and Stapp's collaboration on the original songs inspired by Mel Gibson's 2004 film The Passion of the Christ. About Grabau and Kathriner Both Grabau and Kathriner have a long history of playing music in and around St. Louis, Missouri. Each have led bands or have supported other artists in other projects. Danny Kathriner’s band Half Knots, released their 4th record Proof in early 2013. Danny also led the seminal alt-country band, Wagon and is currently the drummer for both Colonel Ford and Magnolia Summer. Cave States is Chris Grabau and Danny Kathriner with Todd Schnitzer, John Higgins, and John Horton.
