The Costello Album, also The McCartney/MacManus Collaboration, is a Paul McCartney album that includes work from his 1987–88 songwriting collaboration with Elvis Costello. The album includes demo recordings made by Paul and Elvis in the throes of their collaboration, other demos of some songs by Costello and McCartney individually, live performances by Costello, and two duo live performances taken from a 1995 benefit concert at the Royal College of Music.

Only 2 left in stock (more on the way). Cruel Smile is a stop-gap compilation of peripheral recordings dating from the When I Was Cruel sessions (including sundry remixes of tracks from that album), radio slots, and performance tracks, many of which were originally released as B-sides and bonus cuts on singles from the far flung corners of the globe

Elvis Costello and the Attractions. Elvis Costello’s new record, Get Happy!! (I would have written) is the greatest double rock record since Blonde On Blonde

One of the naughtier things Elvis Costello devised for his last album was calling the centerpiece "When I Was Cruel, Pt. 2" and relegating "Pt. 1" to a Japanese-only B-side. If you're with me on that, you may actually prefer Cruel Smile over the album proper, since it completely forgoes When I Was Cruel 's few Bacharachian moments ("Tart", "My Little Blue Window") for its glorious ugly side. The new version of "15 Petals" is loose and fast, its original Latin beat fuzzed up and defaced with blasts of horn skronk that wouldn't be out of place on a Frank London project.

Perhaps Elvis Costello is so accustomed to preparing a disc of rare material as a supplement to his albums, he couldn't resist assembling a collection of arcania for his 2002 album When I Was Cruel with a second disc a mere six months after its release, so it could stand alongside the exhaustive Rhino reissues of his catalog. Perhaps he and Island/Universal were finding the quickest way to the end of his contract. No matter the reason, there's no excusing Cruel Smile, an ungainly mess of radio performances, remixes, live tracks, outtakes, covers,.

North is a 2003 album by Elvis Costello. It reached 44 in the UK Albums Chart, 57 in the US chart and No. 1 in the US Traditional Jazz chart. Coming after the return rock and roll on When I Was Cruel, North is an intimate album of ballads partially inspired by his relationship with Diana Krall. All songs written by Elvis Costello. You Left Me in the Dark" – 3:26. Someone Took the Words Away" – 4:35. When Did I Stop Dreaming?" – 5:22. You Turned to Me" – 2:32. When It Sings" – 3:58.
