Gidget Gein played with Marilyn Manson from the Spooky Kids era into the recording of their full-length debut, "Portrait Of An American Family". Shortly before the album was finished, he was fired from the band, due to heroin addiction overwhelming his musical commitments. Years later, he became drug free and went on to reform a friendship with Manson, even appearing in the band's (s)AINT music video and organizing art shows together. He continued to use his Manson-era stage name of Gidget Gein. He passed away from a heroin overdose on October 9, 2008.

He was born Bradley Mark Stewart on 9/11/69 in Florida, where he lived for most of his life. After kicking out their former bassist, Manson invites him to be their replacement.

Bradley Mark "Brad" Stewart (September 11, 1969 – October 8, 2008), known by his stage name Gidget Gein, was an American musician and artist. He was the second bassist and co-founder of the alternative metal band Marilyn Manson. His stage name references and dichotomies serial killer Ed Gein and the fictional 1960s surfer girl Gidget.

As his own art and ideas began to gather, Gein moved to New York in 1996 and formed Gidget Gein and the Dali Gaggers. In 1998 they completed their first album, Just AdNausem, which was given a limited release of 1000 copies. In 2000 this album would get a wider release after being remastered and retitled as "Confessions of a Spooky Kid", though by this time the group disbanded. Taking a break from the music scene, Gein returned to Florida and worked for the south Florida medical examiner retrieving and cleaning up after the deceased. The Law of Diminishing Returns (2007).
